I am a dedicated Realtor and Rental Property Manager committed to protecting my clients’ best interests. With extensive experience in residential sales and property management, I provide thoughtful guidance, strong negotiation skills, and attentive service throughout every transaction.

I am a licensed Property Manager with Century 21 Creekside, specializing in properties located in Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, and Maple Ridge. I have been working in the Property Management profession since 2021 and I am dedicated and excited to help you feel confident in renting your home!

In addition to my property management experience, I have completed the Home Inspection Course with Carson Dunlop, a certification that many property managers have not pursued. This comprehensive course has provided me with valuable knowledge on identifying issues in homes. It has equipped me with the expertise to thoroughly assess your property and ensure it is well-maintained.

Shannon brings over 18 years of experience in marketing, product development, and entrepreneurship to her role as a licensed Property Manager with Century 21. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and has built her career across senior corporate marketing roles, as well as launching and operating her own equipment rental business and hosting short-term rental properties for several years. This diverse background allows her to approach property management with both strategic insight and hands-on operational experience.

Approachable, detail-oriented, and highly responsive, Shannon works closely with landlords to protect their investments and deliver professional, well-managed rental experiences.
